Herndon tells Chattanoogans coal fly ash is villain in sky striping program


Dr. J. Marvin Herndon, a geophysicist and nuclear chemist, says the U.S. sky striping program uses utility waste products to inject cloud cover over the American landscape, all in the purported war on global warming. However, ash is toxic, containing a bioactive form of aluminum.
