Hixson Utility District injects industrial waste product into water for the benefit of a tiny segment of its customers — namely, small children who may get cavities. Heath Marter tells David Tulis he is worried about hydrofluorosilicic acid and its effect on customers. He asks if HUD is aware of the legal liability it assumes by voluntarily injecting fluoride into the water. (Courtesy Noogaradio.com)
